Having lived in China, the UK, and the US, stepping out of my comfort zone and being curious of people are no strange matters to me. The process of being in the constant state of transitioning and making sense of my identity and the world is most likely the reason why I am in counseling.
I am trained through Behavioral Tech to provide comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also have extensive trainings in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Additionally, I have advanced trainings through Postpartum Support International (PSI) to walk alongside women navigating motherhood.
Currently offering counseling services and LLPC supervision in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. I received my Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and Bachelor’s in Psychology from Michigan State University.
