Katlyn Taylor, MA, LPC, CRC

I have specialized training in working with persons with disabilities and a special interest and clinical experience in neurodevelopmental disabilities such as autism and ADHD.

I am trained to provide comprehensive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also provide LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming therapy. I have experience in developing parenting skills through the Positive Parenting Solutions program. I also have experience in sexual health & relationship education, specifically in neurodiverse populations.

In my practice, I take a person-centered approach, developing a genuine therapeutic relationship, grounded in an empathetic understanding of my clients. I am sensitive to and prepared to address aspects of my client’s cultural experiences including race/ethnicitysocioeconomic statusgendersexual orientationreligion, age, and disability or chronic illness. Through my work, I aim to affirm, empower, and motivate my clients in their unique journeys through life.

I received my Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and Bachelor’s in Psychology from Michigan State University.
